PU Internship & Research Internship Guidelines — UG Programmes (2025-26 onwards)

Complete Panjab University guidelines for Internship & Research Internship for Undergraduate Programmes (2025-26 onwards) under the Four-Year Undergraduate Programme (NEP-2020). Covers the two internship categories — Internship for Enhancing Employability (IEE) and Internship for Developing Research Aptitude (IDRA) — credits & hours, allotment of supervisors and mentors, evaluation criteria and Appendix I–VI (Activity Logbook, Mentor Feedback formats, Internship Completion Certificates and Record of Internship).
All students must read these guidelines carefully before registering. Forms and the report template are available on the Internships page.

Internship Forms — Bonafide Letter & Registration cum Approval Form (Session 2026-27)

College letter addressed to the Internship Providing Organisation, along with the Student Internship Registration cum Approval Form for Session 2026-27. The form records the student’s details, the host organisation, the mentor and the duration of the internship, together with the student declaration and supervisor approval fields.
Important: the completed and signed form must be submitted to the Internship Supervisor and approved by the Nodal Officer before the internship commences. Full details on the Internships page.

Internship (IEE) Report Template — Session 2026-27

Prescribed format for the Internship for Enhancing Employability (IEE) report under the Four-Year Undergraduate Programme (NEP-2020). The template covers the title page, Internship Completion Certificate, Activity Logbook, Mentor Feedback/Evaluation criteria, Student Declaration and the tentative table of contents.
